2. Gives you access to the client portal with a view that matches the way we discuss your portfolio with you.
3. Use the vault –making it easy for you to upload, store, and share important documents, such as investment reports, forms to sign, personal documents, and more in a secure server instead attaching financial reports with private information via email.
4. Choose to receive notifications to help keep you informed of alerts from our financial planners at Hudson Companies, such as when account overviews are added to the vault or about important highlights from your investment portfolio.

We take your security and privacy very seriously and so have implemented strong security measures and strict data protection policies in the Black Diamond® Investor Experience portfolio tracking app. We use some of the strongest browser encryption available. And we store all investment data and financial documents in secure data centers with multiple layers of protection in place from 24-hour monitoring to biometric scanners.

All financial documents and investment data are transmitted using at minimum 128-bit encryption and SSL 3.0 technology to form an encrypted channel between our servers and a user’s computer to prevent any unauthorized access of investor’s private information. ​

• Third-Party Audited: The data centers use the SSAE 16 standard and a third party performs regular web application security tests and audits for security and penetration assessment.
• Multi-Factor Authentication: You can choose to enable multi-factor authentication for an extra level of security when logging in from a new device.
• Read-Only Data: The data in Investor Experience is only for viewing, meaning that no one can use this site to move money or make any changes to investment accounts.
• Privacy Protected: We have strict procedures and policies to protect your private information that are designed to follow all applicable federal and state regulations.
• User ID Deletion: If your phone or tablet is stolen, your advisor can help you delete the user ID in case your username and/or password were saved on phone.
